Rewards to distribute
Tier Reward System
All participants in the Litentry crowdloan will receive LIT as reward for their contributions. The amount of the rewards depend on the total amount of DOT which has been contributed by others at the time of your contribution.
- Contribution for the first 500,000 DOT will receive 12 LIT per contributed DOT as a reward
- Contribution for the raised DOT between 500,000 - 1,500,000 DOT will receive 8 LIT per contributed DOT as reward
- Contribution for the raised DOT between 1,500,000 - 3,000,000 DOT will receive 4 LIT per contributed DOT as reward
- The total reward for the 3M DOT raised is 20M LIT
10% Referral Bonus
Everyone is welcome to refer friends to contribute to the Litentry Crowdloan. Refer a friend and share a 10% referral bonus (Referrer gets 5%, the referee gets 5%).
Failure Compensation
Previous participants in Polkadot Auction Batch 1 or 2 will receive compensation, if re-enter Litentry Crowdloan in Polkadot Auction Batch 3.
The Failure compensation in batch1 and batch 2 will be distributed on Litmus.
The compensation ratio is LIT : DOT = 0.12 : 1.

How do I claim my LIT rewards?

There will be 5 pallets to be onboarded to the Litentry Network, namely the Identity Pallet, Token Transfer Pallet, NFT Pallet, Governance Pallet, and Drop3 Pallet. These pallets will support the functionality of dapps and use cases in the Litentry orbit, such as MyCryptoProfile, Drop3, PNS, Web3Go, and PolkaSignIn. The Litentry Mainnet will connect to the Polkadot ecosystem, while the Litmus Network will be a canary network that connects to Kusama. In short, the Litentry Network is a fully-equipped network that employs an independent LIT economic models with collator staking and supports all applications' functions in the Litentry ecosystem. It is also a companion network to the Litmus Network. In the future, the two networks will co-exist and cooperate with projects in the corresponding ecosystem.

Litentr's DID aggregated identity data could be further extracted and analyzed by open data platform like Web3go, to unlock the true value of cross-chain identity data.
Web3Go is an open data analytics platform that allows users to extract, curate, and visualize data with powerful yet easy-to-use tools. It provides a series of Web 3 data-related services: Micro-level analysis and visualization of cross-chain assets transactions, Parachain slot auctions, DeFi activities and token transaction histories; Sophisticated address labeling system to create user portraits and accumulate user identity library according to the behavior data on the chain; Utilizing Substrate Smart Contract, a reward system is deployed to incentivize users to post data task and patronize data professions on Web3Go. Being said, Web3Go will provide the essential technical infrastructure for data applications of all kinds in the Polkadot ecosystem.
Public Profile (Polkadot Name System)
Litentry's unique identity linking solution acts as the main registrar entry for open, decentralized domain name systems like PNS (Polkadot Name System), empowering them to index the public data into the domain name, with the private name reserved in Litentry's TEE side chain.
Single Sign-on account system (PokaSignIn)
Litentry team is also working on the Single Sign-On possibility with PolkaSignIn. We expect with this feature enabled, users could log in to any web2 or web3 services without friction in remembering the password, or saving browsing information, and repeatedly input personal information in centralized services. Imagine we have the “ Login with Litentry account” together with “Login with Google account” on the login page. And proxy accounts on any network could be generated without any frictions. That means we could gain interoperability across networks and applications.
DeFi/DAO/NFT/Social media scores
To encourage people to link their address and social media. Litentry can reward them with direct, clear, and comparable scores once they link their address on our platform. This tells them how engaged they are in DeFi/DAO/NFT/Social media. It can be used to show off their achievement and contribution in the space, also a great highlight to be added in their resume for employment
Data Service Provider to Projects
TaskFi & Airdrops Whitelisting (Drop3 Platform)
For now, projects like Uniswap had airdrops to their users based on unique addresses, but not unique identities. Validation and contribution methods proceed in a centralized way and face multiple questions like transparency, token claim fee, one-time distribution, etc.
Litentry identity verification system enables crypto projects to identify target users and filter out zombies in an airdrop. It also empowers builders in the web3.0 ecosystem with an innovative TaskFi platform, a user needs to complete the tasks, and the user could claim the reward after the tasks are completed.
Project Loyalty NFT (NFT pallet)
Litentry's NFT pallet supports different projects to issue Project Loyalty NFT based on identities' historical activities, in order to better encourage long-term support by incentivizing users to conduct valuable behaviors and activities for further rewards.
DeFi Credit Lending
Without credit or financial history of users, DeFi lending protocol can only issue an over-collateralized loan. Because users don't know the identity of their counterparty if they will pay back the loan, so they can't verify their credit rating.
Litentry allows users to collect their historical cross-chain data including credit and on-chain reputation and aggregate them into one identity. And this identity can be used in determining collateral rates in DeFi lending and improve on-chain capital efficiency.
On-chain Governance
Currently, on-chain governance's voting power is determined simply by token holding. This creates serious big whales issues, in which large holders have significant power over the future of a particular protocol.
Litentry's real-time credit calculation system provides a transparent, verifiable credit that potentially determines the voter's voting power. This proposal aims to account for more qualitative factors and encourage more active participation in on-chain governance.
